  1. Is change of mind return applicable?
    Yes but shipping is borne by the buyer
  2. How about warranty?
    All products we sell has basic warranty applied + some flexibility. In general, warranty lasts 1 month after receiving the product and depending on the damage, we might provide a 1:1 exchange, part replacement, a fix solution or a discount refund. Flexibility in the sense that we might provide extra coverage if we see fit even if it is user issue or over warranty period, but no guarantees.
  3. Ready stock, boss?
    Everything you see that is available in our store is ready stock, but sometimes oversell might happen due to system syncing issues.
  4. Do you have a walk-in shop?
    YES! The one and only TheCamp Ipoh, address provided with a quick google search.
  5. Can I place multiple orders and request it to be shipped together?
    Yes, we will pack the items ordered into one parcel before shipping it out. Sometimes if the items does not fit together, we might split the order into multiple parcels.
  6. How can I contact you if I have any enquiries?
    You can reach us through live chat or WhatsApp, chat with us about anything at all and we will get to you as soon as we are available. Replies might be slow if we get overwhelmed at times as we are just a small operating team.
