06 💬 What Campers Are Saying
"Booked the shelter one month earlier. Drove 1.5 hours to the beach, only to find out the place was closed. No prior notice at all. I had to call to ask, and was told they were temporarily not operating due to weather. No apology was given. Very disappointing experience. At least inform customers in advance if you are closing!Rude owner."
"Very rude owner. We was looking for place to eat, parked there for not even 5 minutes and apparently there wasnt any stall that sells food. When we wanted to get out, the owner asked us to pay RM3 per pax and even shouted to us "Tidak tahu ka ada private event!" while the gate was wide open and there was also no signage telling that a private event was held at that material time. Not suprised though by reading all the reviews here lol. Bad business management 👎🏻"
"I came not at the right time..its a king tide and windfull but i spend my time with my family is more valuable instead of weather..."
Polarised: 21 one-star reviews (mostly owner attitude, surprise fees and toilet complaints) against 18 five-star reviews (beach, camping and family fun), with only 2 three-star and 0 two-star reviews in between.

09 ❓ FAQ

Usually yes, but reviewers have been turned away after ~5pm, during private events, or in bad weather — call ahead to avoid a wasted 1.5–2 hour drive.
