01 Quick Facts
02 🌲 The Vibe
Little Habitat is the friendliest camp in Bentong — flat pitches, a dog pool, and a resident dog who will steal your heart (and maybe your sausage). The site sits on flat ground along the old Karak road with a big open lawn, scattered trees including durians, and a calm, breezy atmosphere.
The social heart is the pool area and lawn: swings, hammocks and open space for kids to run, plus a dog pool and shallow splash pool for the fur kids. Resident dog Blackie is famously friendly, the gates stay closed so dogs can roam safely, and the owners are hands-on and accommodating.
It suits families, pet owners and first-time campers — flat, easy pitches mean quick setup and no messy roots. Just look up before pitching: durian trees line the site, so choose your ground below the branches.

06 💬 What Campers Are Saying
"Staying at this quaint place is a memory to keep. I spent 3 days and 2 nights in this place with my 2 little children and it was a breeze. The setup is complete and the owners were very hands on and helpful to provide us with all our needs during our stay. My children loved the dogs in the campsite. They also enjoyed the swing and the hammock as well as the large space for running around and cycling. At night it is safe and quiet. We had a wonderful sleep. Highly recommended ."
"We spent 2 nights at Little Habitat campsite and I must admit it was perfect!! We went camping with our two daughters and our 2 dogs and it was splendid. The camping ground was clean and spacious. The campsite has all amenities to make it kid friendly and fun. The main gates is closed at all times so there isn’t a risk of the dogs running out in any way. We have a Jack Russell who is friendly and made friends with the resident dog, Blackie, and they all had fun all throughout. We took our own camping gear but the site offers tents on rent basis too. Overall a great set up. Carrie, the owner, was really good in communications all throughout (ahead of the stay) and was great to chat with when we met at the camp. The staff at the campsite were friendly and helpful. The cars driving along the highway can be a bit annoying but the overall stay was great anyway. Highly recommend"
"Had such a fun 2D1N camping trip here with our pet! The place is super chill with lots of greenery, really peaceful and relaxing. Loved how spacious and safe it felt, and our pet was so happy running around off-leash. It’s clean, cosy, and easy to get to. They’ve got proper toilets and water heaters too. We spent our time cycling, swimming, walking around the pond, and playing in the stream. Great spot for a quick getaway with your furry friend! "
"We loved our time at Little Habitat Campsite — our dog especially had the best time, as she could roam off-leash! The campsite offers both a glamping package and the option to camp with your own tent, which gives you great flexibility. The place is clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. Our only wish is that there were more activities available to do on-site. Overall, it’s a wonderful spot for a peaceful getaway, and we’ll definitely be back! 1 "

Toilet and shower is clean, no flies, hardly any mosquitos, did not encounter sandflies. Cooking area spacious, covered , ewith proper shelter even during thunderstorm. Dine in comfort, twin can't get to you, stay dry. Camp site owner is accommodating. Kids roam in comfort an safety, with minimal adults supervision. We went in a big group, 8 adults, 8 kids, 6 tents. 08 🏕️ The Camp Tip
- Dusk comes early under the trees. With the lawn surrounded by trees, light fades fast — a Barebones lantern throws a warm glow across the picnic table.
- String up some light for the evening. The open lawn is the social spot — Naturehike string lights turn the tent corner into a cosy corner.
- Humid nights need airflow. Bentong evenings stay warm and still — a Blackdog camping fan light doubles as a lamp and a breeze while you sleep.
- Lounge out on the flat lawn. With the flat pitches and open grass, an Blackdog inflatable sofa is the laziest possible way to enjoy the sunset.
